After your fees are paid, we’ll schedule your move-in time and a member of our team will meet you at the property to get you settled.

All payments are due on the 1st/3rd of each month and are payable to MMJ Housing Solutions, Inc.

All fees must be paid in full upfront before move-in.

Your monthly fee covers:

• fully furnished private / shared room.

• access to all common areas

• all utilities (electricity, water, gas)

• Wi-Fi

• laundry access

• video surveillance, for your safety

• general household maintenance
